Here’s what each part means:

• 225 – Tyre width in millimeters

• 55 – Aspect ratio (height as a % of width)

• R – Radial construction

• 18 – Diameter of the wheel in inches

• 98 – Load index (how much weight the tyre can carry)

• V – Speed rating (maximum speed capability)

1. Maintain Proper Tyre Pressure

• Check your tyre pressure at least once a month and before long trips.

• Inflate to the manufacturer’s recommended pressure (found in your vehicle's manual or on the driver-side door frame).

• Incorrect pressure can affect handling, fuel efficiency, and wear.

 

2. Rotate Tyres Regularly

• Regularly inspect tyres for cuts, punctures, cracks, or bulges.

• Remove any stones or debris lodged in the tread.

5. Clean Tyres Properly

• Clean with mild soap and water; avoid harsh chemicals that may degrade rubber.

• Ensure tyres are dry before driving to prevent slippage.

 

6. Monitor Tread Depth

• Replace tyres when tread depth reaches 2/32 inch (1.6 mm) or as advised by local regulations.

• Use a tread depth gauge or the built-in tread wear indicators.

 

7. Avoid Overloading

• Do not exceed the tyre’s load capacity. Overloading increases heat and stress, leading to potential failure.

• Tyres that have been custom ordered or specially sized for a specific vehicle.

• Tyres damaged after delivery due to storage, mishandling, or mounting errors.

• Products returned after the 7-day return window.

 

Return Process

• Return Authorization: If eligible, you will receive a Return Authorization and instructions on how to ship the tyres back to us.

• Shipping:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong size, defective product).

  • Please use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment.

• Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Tyres

If you receive a tyre that is defective or damaged upon delivery:
