At Sina Auto Repair Dubai, operated by Sina Tyres, we aim to provide high-quality products and services. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns for Products

Eligible Products:
Car batteries, tires, and other physical items purchased from our website or in-store.

Return Conditions:

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Installed or mounted products (e.g., tires already on rims, batteries installed in a car) are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items:
Used or damaged items due to misuse.

Products with missing accessories, documentation, or packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14-30 business days.

For online payments, refund processing time may also depend on your bank or card provider.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

Report it within 48 hours of receipt.

Include photo evidence (if applicable).

We will arrange for inspection and either offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

4. Service Cancellation & Refunds

Appointments for services (e.g., oil changes, tire installation) can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable.

Completed services are non-refundable unless there was a fault in the service rendered.

5. Warranty Claims

Many products (e.g., batteries, tires) come with a manufacturer warranty.

Warranty claims are handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy and may require inspection or testing.
