Dubai: We offer free delivery on all orders within Dubai.

Other Emirates (UAE): We offer paid delivery to other cities in the UAE using reliable postal or courier services.

2. Delivery Charges

Dubai: No delivery fee—it's completely free.

Other Emirates: Delivery cost depends on:

The number of items

The size and weight of the products

The destination city

Exact shipping costs will be calculated and communicated at the time of order confirmation.

3. Delivery Scheduling & Timing

Dubai Deliveries:
After your order is placed, our team will contact you by phone to schedule a convenient delivery time.
We aim to deliver as scheduled, but please allow up to 1-hour delay due to traffic or operational reasons.

UAE-Wide Deliveries:
For orders outside Dubai, we will contact you to confirm delivery details before dispatching via courier.
Deliveries will follow the timeline provided by the postal/courier service, and tracking details will be shared when available.

4. Delivery Method

Dubai: All deliveries are handled directly by our in-store team.

Other Emirates: Deliveries are fulfilled via registered courier or postal services.

5. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will contact you to reschedule.

Additional charges may apply for repeat delivery attempts outside Dubai.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery
